General
❤︎ What kind of products do you sell?
In this shop you’ll find stickers, art prints, greeting cards, notepads, keychains, and various other items featuring my original artwork. I mostly draw kawaii, chibi cats and occasionally other animals, as well as anime/manga-styled hoomans.
❤︎ Are your designs original?
Yes, all designs are drawn by me!
❤︎ Are your products handmade?
My stickers and art prints are handmade! Any exceptions are noted in the product descriptions.
Please be aware that while I do my best and check every sticker and print carefully, "handmade" also means that there might be some minor imperfections sometimes.
❤︎ Are your products eco-friendly?
I try to work as sustainably as possible and use mostly paper/cardboard packaging. Any plastic I use is re-used from my manufacturers, with the only exception of my enamel pin packaging.
❤︎ Do you offer commissions?
Yes, but currently only for my “Hoyo Kitties”. Please check out the dedicated page on my website to learn more.
❤︎ What’s the Monthly Kitty Club?
The Monthly Kitty Club is a subscription where members receive a new cat-themed sticker or art print each month by mail. There are two categories to choose from: Neko Nyaas (cats inspired by anime characters) and Mighty Mewos (cats inspired by superheroes).
Each month features a new character per category. Payments are monthly, and you can cancel your subscription at any time.
Clubcats also get access to a secret shop with exclusive items and previous club rewards!
❤︎ Will sold-out items come back?
This depends on the item and its popularity. If you're missing a specific product, feel free to message me about it and I will let you know!
❤︎ Are your art prints signed?
Not by default but if you want your art print(s) signed, just leave a note at checkout and I will gladly sign them for you.
❤︎ Do you offer gift cards?
Yes, you can purchase them here.
❤︎ Should I order on Etsy or here?
Whichever platform you feel more comfortable with is perfectly fine! :)
Shipping & Delivery
❤︎ Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but unfortunately I can't ship worldwide. At the moment, I ship to the following countries:
Australia, Belgium, Canada, China, Croatia, Denmark, Germany, India, Ireland, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, South Korea, Switzerland, The Netherlands, Turkey and the United States of America (USA).
Unfortunately, I cannot ship to: Austria, France, Italy and the United Kingdom (UK)
If your country is on neither list, feel free to contact me and I’ll check whether shipping is possible.
❤︎ How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing time is usually 1–3 business days.
Shipping time within Germany is usually 1-3 business days.
International shipping is usually around 2-3 weeks, but it can take up to 4 weeks (or longer during holiday season).
❤︎ How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on your location and order size.
❤︎ Where do you ship from and will there be any extra costs?
All items are being shipped from Germany. Within the EU there will be no additional costs.
Outside the EU, additional costs for customs and/or import taxes might apply. Since these costs depend on the country, unfortunately I cannot say if and how much they might be.
❤︎ Will I get a tracking number?
Only if you choose the tracked shipping option during checkout.
Please note: I am not responsible for untracked orders that get lost in the mail.
Orders & Payments
❤︎ What payment methods do you accept?
At the moment, PayPal is the only available payment method.
❤︎ Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact me as soon as possible if you need to make changes to your order. Once you receive the “shipped” notification, I can no longer make changes or cancel the order.
❤︎ Is my personal data safe?
Absolutely. Your data is handled in accordance with the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation). I only collect the information necessary to process your order and never share your data with third parties unless needed for fulfillment (e.g., shipping).

Returns & Refunds
❤︎ Do you accept returns or exchanges?
I accept returns. However, if the item isn’t damaged or flawed, the buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
❤︎ What if my item arrives damaged or doesn’t arrive at all?
If your item arrives damaged or your tracked package doesn’t arrive, please contact me with your order number and photos (if applicable).
Please note: I am not responsible for untracked orders that get lost in the mail.
Care & Product Notes
❤︎ Are the stickers waterproof?
The stickers are laminated which makes them very durable and waterproof. I still recommend not soaking them in water or leaving them wet for too long. If you are using the stickers on your water bottle please hand-wash gently and pat dry after. Not dishwasher safe.
❤︎ Is my acrylic item scratched?
This is just the protective film on some of the acrylic products (like the memo stand or earrings for example). Please peel before use! If the item has this protective film it will be stated in the listing description.
(Keychains have no protective film as the epoxy makes them more durable.)
❤︎ Are the products safe?
Yes, when used as intended, the products are generally safe.
Please note the following safety information for specific items:
- Keychains, pencil cases, and earrings: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Choking hazard due to small parts.
- Pins, buttons, and memo stands: Not suitable for children under 3 years. Risk of injury from the pins.
